Shopify agency for Singapore brands · since 2008
Shopify experts for Singapore retailers, with a team in Petaling Jaya and Penang. We build your store, set up Shopify POS and mall GTO reporting, connect Xero, your ERP and warehouse, and support it all after launch.
Outlets send every sale into Shopify, which feeds the mall, your warehouse and your ERP

The shutters are down. The day isn't done.
Every outlet still has a day of sales to account for.
Each sale has to reach four systems.
The store, its stock, the mall's GTO portal and the back office.
We connect them so it happens on its own.
Not by hand after closing. Not in a spreadsheet the next morning.
01 · The problem with growth
Every new outlet adds a system. Most retailers hold them together with spreadsheets and late nights.
| System | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Online store | stock counted twice | one inventory |
| POS | closed by hand | same back office |
| Mall GTO portal | uploaded daily by staff | submitted automatically |
| Warehouse / 3PL | stock sent by spreadsheet | stock synced |
| ERP / accounting | re-keyed overnight | synced on schedule |

Shopify POS takes the card payment on a Shopify card reader at a mall outlet and records the sale against that location and the customer's profile.

Inventory drops at that outlet. The online store and every other location see the new count without a stock-take.
Multi-location inventory →End of day
The day's sales are formatted to the mall's specification and submitted to its GTO system automatically. In Singapore the app supports 313@somerset, Bugis Junction, Capitol Piazza, JEM and Raffles City Shopping Centre.
Mall GTO app →Overnight
Orders, payouts and stock movements reach Xero, your ERP or your warehouse system through an integration, not a spreadsheet.

04 · Built in-house
WebCEO's GTO app on the Shopify App Store sends each outlet's daily Shopify POS sales to the mall's GTO system, including 313@somerset, Bugis Junction, Capitol Piazza, JEM and Raffles City Shopping Centre in Singapore. It is live and maintained by the team that would build your store.
Daily sales from Shopify POS, submitted to each mall's GTO system in the format it requires.
