The problem
Where delivery goes wrong
Typing each address into a courier portal, pasting tracking numbers back into orders, and guessing overseas shipping fees takes hours a week and leads to mistakes.
Connecting the courier to Shopify moves the order details across automatically and sends the tracking link to the customer.

Which courier should I use?
It depends on parcel weight, destinations and monthly volume. In Singapore we currently connect DHL Express.
Can customers track their parcels?
Yes. Once the tracking number is on the Shopify order, Shopify sends the customer a shipping email with the tracking link.
Can I offer local delivery?
Yes. Shopify's local delivery option can be limited to the postcodes you serve, delivered by your own team.
Can I ship overseas?
Yes. We set up an international shipping zone with its own rates, and connect DHL Express.
